This programme seeks to develop the rural and township communities, enable them to participate in the economy of the areas within which they live. As such Firmgrowth shall:
- Develop community development programmes
- Promote active participation in the economy
- Develop programmes that will address poverty
- Build strategies to scale up programmes
- Implement the monitoring and evaluation strategies
